It has been a while because I’ve done a roundup of a few of my preferred things (a.k.a. things I’m completely lusting after best now), but this time I thought I’d make it a bit much more realistic! keep reading for my top five finds under $50…
Looking for some new ideas for artwork? Head to Ikea and pick up several Virserum frames for $5 each and choose a few postcards to display. I like the idea of using a much more conventional frame with vintage-y prints like these from Anthropologie, only $28 for the box. Voila, a little gallery wall in no time — and with 100 postcards to choose from, you’ve got plenty of variety to work with.
These bowls from Canvas home have been around for a while, but they always catch my eye — especially because they’re only $22 each.
One of my roundups would not be complete without something from West Elm, so here goes. These new hammam stripe hand towels would be ideal in my bathroom.
Looking for a lovely gift for your preferred couple? look no even more than Furbish Studio. owner Jamie Meares is a design blog celebrity and she stocks some pretty remarkable things, like these glasses, in her shop — certainly worth checking out. I’m sure she’ll ship to Canada if you ask really nicely.
I’m a sucker for graphic artwork (as you can see from this gallery), and I can’t get enough of these Toronto maps by David Murray. I’m still waiting for him to illustrate my neighbourhood, but this Leslieville poster ($40) will do for now! I’m an east of Yonge street kind of girl.
So, there you have it. until next time, dear blog readers, I’ll keep window-shopping and my shopping list will just keep getting longer and longer and longer…
